What I can provide for you: A great website at a very low price. I've been creating websites since 1996, with the launch of Ath-Ed Lacrosse Online. The company, started in '92 by my father, started to realize the importance of being online. So, I started learning HTML. The VERY first website I created I wrote EVERY Single piece of code! Using angelfire as a host (lycos web hosting), I used the tools available to me in order to learn HTML. About two years later, in '98 or '99, I learned more about web hosting with the development of my Microsoft Word skills. I learned how to create websites using Word, save a page as a website, and post it on the internet. This was an important step, because it was my first time using any kind of GUI (Graphic User Interface) when designing websites. During this time, I starting taking of the work of family weddings, rock bands that I either played in or am associated with, and a personal page (that has since been removed for this page!). Although MS Word is a good tool, I didn't want to stop there...
What I use for your website: Today, I create websites using Microsoft FrontPage. This utility allows me to manipulate webpages in to basically anything I want a webpage to be. I can make real-time changes in seconds. Knowing HTML still helps me, however. Learning "the hard way" I believe has prepared me to make websites unique and interesting. Although there are still a lot of things for me to learn (I'll always be complete open and up front with you if there is something I can't do), I'm always willing to challenge myself for your behalf. If I don't know it, I'll learn it (if it's possible).
What you can look forward to in the future: This is an ever changing business. Technology continues to grow, and the art of HTML and XML continues to expand. I am currently studying Macromedia software, in order to continue my own personal web development skills, and "keep up with the times." Macromedia includes FlashMX - An application that has bloomed in the last year, and Dreamweaver - Macromedia's answer to Microsoft FrontPage. I believe that learning the art of Macromedia will enhance my web developing skills, and enhance the websites I can develop for you.
