Web Service Agreement:

In this document, you will find our what my services will give you at a very reasonable price:

•    DGNJ will create a great website for you, for a fraction of the cost.  DGNJ uses Namesecure as a web hosting service.  This means all servers are held by Namesecure, but maintained by DGNJ.

•     Pricing and Pricing explanations:

  • $350 Initial Setup (one time fee).

    • Domain Name Setup

    • 500 Meg Space (twice as much as the industry standard)

    • Web Server Setup

    • 10 Email addresses at "yoursite@dgnj.net"

    • Server maintenance and health checks

    • Lowest rate on the market.

  • $25 hourly rate

    • Creating and Updating all Web Pages

    • Creating and Updating FLASH Movies

    • Creating META Tags

    • Weekly Backups of Web Server, in case of emergency (approx. 1 hour per month).

    • Updating any other information on your Website or Web Server.

    • Billed Monthly

  • PayPal

    • Preferred payments.  Monthly invoice will be sent via email, and I accept payments via PayPal

    • My clients do not need to be a member of PayPal.  PayPal is just the vendor I use to collect paymets.  My clients CAN pay via PayPal, without being a PayPal member.

•     Payments:  Payments will can be received through PayPal, Money Order, or Personal Checks.  The process will begin with the payment of $350 up front. 

  • Monthly payments are due on a communicated date - usually the 1st of the month.  Payment will be due on that date EVERY MONTH.  On this day, you will be billed via email the Hourly charges for that month.

  • Late Payments:  There is a 5 day grace period in which you will be allowed to pay your payment late.  After that grace period, there will be a $35 fee if paid in the next 5 days (a payment late by 6 - 10 days).  If a payment is late by 10 - 30 days, there will be a $100 fee.  After 30 days, your website will show a "Page Under Construction" until the payment is received.  Please understand it costs money for DGNJ to maintain your domain, and late payments are a great inconvenience for us.

•      Website offers:  Understand that I have the power and authority to deny any Web Site Agreement Request, due to any problems I may see upcoming with building that particular website.  By filling out the ensuing form, you are NOT signing a CONTRACT AGREEMENT.  A contract will be drawn up AFTER the request has been sent.  This form is just to REQUEST a website to be hosted by myself.

•     Upon creating a website, please keep in mind that DGNJ holds rights to all work done on the website, and any pictures or items used on the website are available for use for any DGNJ promotional or marketing tactic.
